• Local: All notifications are generated and delivered locally by your device
• User-controlled: You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings

NextDay does not request access to:

• Camera or Photos
• Location Services

• Microphone
• Any other device features

4. Third-Party Services

NextDay does not use any third-party services, including:

• No analytics or tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)

• No crash reporting services

5. In-App Purchases

NextDay offers premium features through in-app purchases (subscription or one-time purchase):

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• Your purchase history is managed by Apple and linked to your Apple ID
• Premium status is verified locally through Apple's StoreKit framework

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties.

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, there is nothing to share.

NextDay does not knowingly collect any personal information from users. The app is suitable for all ages (4+) and can be safely used by children under parental guidance.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Deletion: You can delete individual tasks or clear all history within the app
• Export: Currently not supported, but all data remains on your device
• Complete Removal: Uninstalling the app will delete all local data

Your data security is ensured by:

• Local-only storage protected by iOS sandbox security
• No network transmission of personal data
• No external server vulnerabilities
• Your device's passcode and biometric protection

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Since NextDay stores all data locally on your device, no data is transferred internationally. Your data never leaves your device.
