Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Photo GPS Scan (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License
NascentSoulSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
In-App Purchases
- The App offers an optional paid feature ("Clear GPS Info") to remove metadata from a photo and save a cleaned copy.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
- The purchased feature is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
Permitted Use
You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the App to infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate in-app purchase mechanisms
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all metadata will be detected or removed from every image format. Results may vary depending on image format and source.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NascentSoulSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
