1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Cute Cat Fill Light, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. You may use it for lawful personal photography and video creation.

3. Your content and conduct

You retain rights to content you create. You are responsible for obtaining consent before recording other people and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, and local laws. Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it to harm others.

4. Private local storage

Media in the Private Album is stored locally within the app. You are responsible for preserving anything important. Deleting content or uninstalling the app may permanently remove it, and we cannot restore it.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Camera output varies with device hardware, lighting, focus, movement, and selected effects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of locally stored media. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Updates, termination, and Apple

We may update the app or these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the app except as required by law or App Store terms.
