By downloading, installing, or using NextDay Tasks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NextDay Tasks is a task management application that helps users organize and plan their daily tasks. The App includes both free and premium features available through subscription.

3. User Accounts

NextDay Tasks does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 NextDay Tasks Pro

Premium features are available through NextDay Tasks Pro, offered as:

• Monthly subscription ($1.99/month)
• Yearly subscription ($14.99/year)

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Maintain the security of your device

6. Intellectual Property

NextDay Tasks and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

All task data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or task data. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
