ChickChime Privacy Policy
Nascent Soul Soft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides ChickChime: Cute Alarm (“ChickChime” or the “App”). We designed ChickChime to work without an account and without sending your personal data to us.
1. Data we collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or use personal data from the App for advertising or tracking. We do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current version.
2. Information stored on your device
Your alarms, labels, schedules, settings, and imported sounds are stored locally on your device. If you select an audio or video file, ChickChime processes it locally to create an alarm sound. The selected media and extracted audio are not uploaded to our servers.
3. Permissions and Apple services
ChickChime requests notification permission so it can deliver alarms. File access is used only when you choose a local audio or video file. Alarm information may be transferred between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. Apple processes App Store purchases and may process related transaction information under Apple’s own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment card details.
4. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored alarm data remains until you delete it in the App or remove the App. Imported sounds remain until removed with the App’s local data or by uninstalling the App. Because we do not maintain user accounts or collect this data on our servers, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete content stored only on your device.
5. Children
ChickChime is not directed at collecting information from children, and we knowingly collect no personal data from children.
6. Security and international transfers
Your App content stays on your device as described above. We do not operate a server that receives this content, so we do not transfer it internationally.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if ChickChime’s features or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Nascent Soul Soft（以下简称“我们”）提供 ChickChime 萌鸡闹钟（以下简称“ChickChime”或“本 App”）。ChickChime 无需注册账户，并且不会把你的个人数据发送给我们。
一、我们收集的数据
我们不会通过本 App 收集、传输、出售、出租个人数据，也不会将个人数据用于广告或跟踪。当前版本不包含第三方广告或分析 SDK。
二、保存在设备上的信息
你的闹钟、名称、时间安排、设置和导入铃声保存在设备本地。当你选择音频或视频文件时，ChickChime 只在本地处理并制作铃声，不会把所选媒体或提取的音频上传到我们的服务器。
三、权限与 Apple 服务
ChickChime 会申请通知权限，以便发送闹钟提醒。只有在你主动选择本地音频或视频时才会访问相应文件。闹钟信息可能通过 Apple 的 WatchConnectivity 框架在配对的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间传输。App Store 购买由 Apple 处理，相关交易信息受 Apple 自己的隐私政策约束；我们不会获得你的银行卡资料。
四、数据保留与删除
本地闹钟数据会保留到你在 App 中删除或卸载 App。导入铃声会保留在 App 本地数据中，卸载 App 可将其删除。由于我们不维护用户账户，也不在服务器上收集这些内容，因此无法远程读取或删除只保存在你设备上的数据。
五、儿童隐私
ChickChime 不以收集儿童信息为目的，我们也不会故意收集儿童的个人数据。
六、安全与跨境传输
如上所述，你在 App 中的内容保存在设备本地。我们没有接收这些内容的服务器，因此不会对这些内容进行跨境传输。
七、政策变更
如果 ChickChime 的功能或法律义务发生变化，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页面公布新的生效日期。
