ChickChime Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ChickChime: Cute Alarm, provided by Nascent Soul Soft. By downloading or using ChickChime, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChickChime on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s usage rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, misuse, disrupt, or use the App unlawfully except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
2. Alarm reliability
ChickChime relies on Apple local notifications and device settings. Alarm delivery and sound can be affected by volume, Silent Mode, Focus, notification permissions, battery state, operating-system behavior, device availability, or other conditions outside our control. You are responsible for checking your settings and testing alarms. Do not rely on ChickChime for emergencies, medication, personal safety, life-support, or other safety-critical purposes.
3. Your media
You retain ownership of audio and video you import. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use that media. You must not use ChickChime to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Imported media is processed locally as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases
The Premium Sound Pack is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple. It unlocks the features described on the purchase screen. Billing, refunds, family sharing eligibility, taxes, and transaction handling are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original transaction.
5. Intellectual property
ChickChime, including its code, design, artwork, built-in sounds, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Nascent Soul Soft and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ChickChime where reasonably necessary. Operating-system changes may affect compatibility. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available on every device.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChickChime is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nascent Soul Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. Your rights end if you materially violate these Terms. You may terminate them by stopping use and deleting the App.

本使用条款（以下简称“条款”）适用于你对 Nascent Soul Soft 提供的 ChickChime 萌鸡闹钟的使用。下载或使用 ChickChime，即表示你同意本条款以及 Apple 适用的 App Store 条款；如不同意，请勿使用本 App。
一、许可与合理使用
在遵守本条款和 Apple 使用规则的前提下，我们授予你个人的、有限的、非独占、不可转让且可撤销的许可，以便在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用 ChickChime。除非法律禁止此类限制，否则你不得反向工程、再分发、出售、出租、滥用、干扰本 App 或将其用于违法活动。
二、闹钟可靠性
ChickChime 依赖 Apple 本地通知和设备设置。音量、静音模式、专注模式、通知权限、电池状态、操作系统行为、设备可用性及其他我们无法控制的情况，都可能影响提醒送达或声音播放。你有责任检查设置并测试闹钟。请勿将 ChickChime 用于紧急情况、服药提醒、人身安全、生命支持或其他安全关键用途。
三、你的媒体内容
你保留所导入音频和视频的所有权，并确认自己拥有使用这些媒体所需的权利。不得使用 ChickChime 处理违法、侵权或有害内容。导入媒体会按照隐私政策所述在设备本地处理。
四、购买
“高级铃声包”是由 Apple 处理的一次性非消耗型 App 内购买，用于解锁购买页面所述功能。计费、退款、家人共享资格、税费和交易处理适用 Apple 的相关条款及政策。恢复购买时，请使用原交易所用的 Apple 账户。
五、知识产权
ChickChime 的代码、设计、图像、内置声音、文字和品牌由 Nascent Soul Soft 所有或获授权使用，并受适用知识产权法律保护。本条款不会向你转让任何所有权。
六、更新与可用性
在合理需要时，我们可能更新、变更、暂停或停止 ChickChime 的部分功能。操作系统变化可能影响兼容性，我们不保证所有功能始终可在每台设备上使用。
七、免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，ChickChime 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不保证运行不中断或完全无错误。Nascent Soul Soft 不对因使用或无法使用本 App 产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的消费者权利或责任。
八、终止
本条款持续有效，直至终止。如果你严重违反本条款，你的使用权将终止。你也可以停止使用并删除 App 来终止本条款。
九、条款变更与联系
