1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MedTick ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the App.

2. Description of Service

MedTick is a medication tracking and reminder application that helps users log medications, set check-in schedules, and monitor adherence history. The App offers free features and premium features available through a Pro subscription.

3. No Account Required

MedTick does not require account creation or registration. All medication data and check-in history are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 MedTick Pro

Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
Yearly subscription: $14.99/year

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges apply within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

5. User Responsibilities

Use the App as a personal check-in aid only, not as a substitute for professional medical care
Verify all medication information with your pharmacist or physician
Keep your device secure to protect your health data stored in the App
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the App
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Health and Safety

        Do not rely solely on app notifications to manage critical or time-sensitive medications. Missed or delayed notifications may occur due to device settings, iOS restrictions, or other factors outside our control. Always use additional reminder methods for medications where timing is critical.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASCENT SOUL SOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISSED MEDICATION DOSES, ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR LOSS OF DATA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
